Valeri Pate

Ms. Pate brings over 20 years of real estate experience to Washington State Housing Finance Commission. She originally worked for the Commission from 2000 through 2006, in the Tax Credit Division (currently Multifamily Housing and Community Facilities), first as a Senior Development Analyst, and later as the Division Manager. Val left the Commission in 2006 to join Enterprise Community Partners, a Tax Credit syndicator, where she managed acquisitions for the Pacific Northwest. Later, she joined Key Bank Community Development Corporation as Vice President and Relationship Manager, also managing community development investments for Washington, Alaska and Colorado. Val is a graduate of Humboldt State University in California with a BA in Geography and an MA in Sociology.
