Devyn Smith

Devyn Smith is the Director of Real Estate Compliance with Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority. She leads a team of Compliance Auditors who focuses on making sure projects abide by Federal and State regulations. In the ten years of service with Indiana Housing, she has been directly involved in many aspects of the programs ran by the Real Estate Department, including CDBG, HOME, HTF, NSP, Lead Hazard Reduction, and Low Income Housing Tax Credit Programs.
