Jon Rogers

Jon has served in the position of Senior Division Manager – Single Family Lending since January 2015. This position directs all activities of the single-family lending operation of the Fund and constitutes Jon’s second stint at WVHDF where previously, from 1996 to 2004, he managed federal and state housing programs. Prior to accepting his current position, Jon served as Executive Vice-President for Federation of Appalachian Housing Enterprises (FAHE) in Berea, KY from 2006 to 2015. Immediately prior to FAHE Jon was Senior Deputy Director for Fannie Mae in Charleston. In Jon’s early career he held increasingly responsible mortgage-related positions with a number of Charleston, WV-based banking institutions beginning in 1986.
Jon’s education includes completion of the Citi Leadership Program at The Wharton School at Penn in 2014, a Master’s of Science Degree in Legal Studies from West Virginia University in 2004 and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from West Virginia State University in 1984.
