Assistant Director of Operations - MassHousing

The Assistant Director of Operations (ADO) plays a critical role in advancing administrative operations across the Agency by driving efficient, effective, and scalable business practices. This position leads operational planning project management initiatives, and administrative operations within the Administration Division, including oversight of monthly lease billing and invoicing.

Attorney - MassHousing

The Attorney provides comprehensive legal counsel to the Agency’s multifamily mortgage lending business line, ensuring consistent support for its strategic and operational legal needs. This role advises on complex real estate transactions and helps safeguard the Agency’s financial and programmatic interests from initial structuring through closing.

Energy Quality Assurance Inspector/CDA Lending and Risk Analyst II - Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development

This position is responsible for evaluating the work performed by Energy Retrofit Service Providers. Tasks include conducting site visits, performing desk-top data monitoring, and providing training and technical assistance to the service providers.

Construction Management Officer/CDA Lending and Risk Analyst Senior I - Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development

DHCD has an immediate opening for a full-time Construction Management Officer. The types of projects reviewed and monitored include new construction, substantial rehabilitation and moderate rehabilitation. Projects range in size from one million to thirty-five million dollars. 

Finance Associate - Viginia Housing

This important role supports the Capital Markets team in securing funding for rental housing loan programs through tax-exempt and taxable bond issuances, financial analysis, disclosure reporting, and compliance activities related to bond financing.

Collection Specialist - Tennessee Housing Development Agency

Completes activities relating to the collection of mortgage amounts due and borrower account administration. This work requires direct contact with the public, the exercise of good judgment and the application of Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) policies and procedures as they relate to the application of payments, collection of amounts past due, loss mitigation, borrower counseling and other general customer service inquiries. 

CDA Lending and Risk Analyst II/Energy Construction Project Manager - Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development

The Project Manager is a professional who coordinates and manages energy conservation projects receiving funds for the execution of energy efficiency or greenhouse gas reduction initiatives.

Program Manager Senior II/Director, Baltimore City Revitalization Programs - Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development

This Director position provides key leadership and policy expertise in the field of community development. The position leads a team that helps manage a suite of neighborhood revitalization programs with a specific focus in Baltimore City. The position oversees grants, loans, projects and services provided to local governments and nonprofit organizations from application to award and monitoring.

Program Manager II/Assistant Director, Reinvest Baltimore - Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development

The Assistant Director manages Reinvest Baltimore, an state initiative to support Baltimore City’s vacancy elimination strategy. Reinvest Baltimore includes the Baltimore Vacants Reinvestment Council, which is chaired by DHCD’s Secretary, and the Baltimore Vacants Reinvestment Initiative, a $50 million annual funding program that provides grants and loans to government and non-profit partners to redevelop vacant properties in Baltimore City.

Supervisor Section 8 Compliance - Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency

The Supervisor Section 8 Compliance plays a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of voucher and special claims processing for all subsidy-related programs. This position ensures compliance with HUD Section 8 regulations, PHFA’s Annual Contributions Contract (ACC), and internal agency policies.
